What we collect through the contact form
Your name, email, organisation, what you want filmed, timing and your message, plus the language of the page you used.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Form submissions are deleted after 12 months. Emails about a project are kept for as long as we work together and as long as accounting law requires.
Who processes it for us
Cloudflare (website hosting, form database and email forwarding) and Google (email inbox). Videos from YouTube and posts from LinkedIn load only after you click them; those services then process data under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@smartcreatives.cz. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
